We’re happy to offer a repair service for our crystal jewelry pieces.

📍 How it works:
Customers send the broken piece to our workshop at:

08024 Barcelona, Spain

Once repaired, we’ll ship it back to you.

🇪🇺 Within Europe

  • Repair fee: 15 €

  • Return shipping: 20 €

  • Total: 35 €

🌍 Outside Europe (e.g. USA, Canada, etc.)

  • Repair fee: 15 €

  • Return shipping: 30 €

  • Total: 45 €

💡 Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us.
We recommend using tracked shipping and careful packaging.

Repairs usually take 7–10 business days once received.

Shipping & Returns

All items are made on demand. Please allow 7 business days for shipment. If you are very urgent to receive it please contact us at hola@levensjewels.com to check availability.
Once we have processed your shipment you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hola@levensjewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
