Because we make every piece by hand to order, we do not issue refunds. However, we are happy to work on any issues and will try our best to accommodate. Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Please contact hola@levensjewels.com within 10 days of receiving jewelry for exchanges.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and LEVENS JEWELS is not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express).

LEVENS JEWELS does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.

If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-14 business days for it to be processed. The customer will be refunded to the original form of payment and should see the new balance on their next statement. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of return.
