All items are made on demand. Please allow 7 business days for shipment. If you are very urgent to receive it please contact us at hola@levensjewels.com to check availability.

Once we have processed your shipment you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hola@levensjewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Because of the nature of hand made goods, color, size, and form may vary. We hope you appreciate that no two pieces are alike. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please drop us a line!

We recommend protecting your pieces from impact or bending, and to handle them with care to ensure longevity.
